Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of https://streetpupco.com.au and to purchases from STREET PUP CO (trading as Street Pup Co.), an online business based in Victoria, Australia.

1. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where these terms are inconsistent with your rights under the ACL, your ACL rights prevail.

2. Using our website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its security or operation. Colours may vary slightly between screens, but products will match their description. Images labelled "Campaign image" are styled brand images and are not photos of the exact product you will receive.

3. Products and descriptions

Our products are pet accessories for general everyday use. We describe them accurately and do not make medical, therapeutic or veterinary claims. Product information is not veterinary advice. Please talk to your vet about your dog's health, including heat safety and exercise.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
We are not currently registered for GST, so our prices do not include GST and we do not charge GST. If we register for GST in future, we will update this section and issue tax invoices on request.
Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden surcharges.
We accept payment through Shopify Payments (cards and other methods shown at checkout) and Afterpay. Afterpay purchases are also subject to Afterpay's own terms.
If we have made an obvious pricing or listing error, we will contact you before dispatch and offer you a full refund or the option to continue at the correct price.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch.
We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or there is an obvious error.
If an item is out of stock after you order, we will tell you promptly and offer you a full refund or an alternative.

6. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy for delivery areas, estimated timeframes and tracking. The delivery estimates we give are genuine. If a delay occurs, we will tell you, and you can cancel any item that has not been dispatched for a full refund.

7. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees

8. Reviews and content you submit

Reviews must be genuine and based on your own experience. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we do not remove genuine negative reviews. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or spam. We do not offer incentives for positive reviews.

9. Intellectual property

Website content (text, photos, videos and logos) belongs to us or our licensors. Brand names of products we stock belong to their owners. Please do not copy our content for commercial use without permission.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to section 1, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. This does not limit our liability for failing to comply with a consumer guarantee, or for loss that was reasonably foreseeable.
